There are few things better than getting a box of fresh Hatch chile with one day shipping from New Mexico! This year I placed a pre order for three varieties months in advance, received a confirmation email for the order, and waited somewhat patiently for the season to arrive. I never had to follow up or ask when I should expect my first delivery - they were on their way weeks before I would’ve expected them! I appreciate the thorough communication at every step from order to delivery, and the product is totally worth it! On my second shipment I had received a UPS notification that the delivery would be a business day late due to weather, which would’ve had the box sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. I reached out to the store to let them know this might cause my package to arrive spoiled. Fortunately the next day UPS had sorted themselves out and my box was out for delivery and did not get held up for the weekend, but nonetheless customer service from the store was very responsive and I’m sure if the package had arrived spoiled they would’ve taken care of it.
