We buy fresh chile from the Hatch hile store, probably for about 10 years. We normally order 10 pounds of medium, 10 pounds of hot. We have been happy with every shipment we recived, except one time when the shipping company lost the package, which was their problem not the chile stores problem. We will place our order for next year as soon as they staert the season.
