My Godfather owened a Farm when I was young. I remeber Belen NM. He grew Chili and it was wonderful. He passed and his kids sold to Hatch and they STILL remain without comparison. I am 71 years old and have loved Green Chili since I was quite young. Thank you for maintaining the flavor and freshness that has continually flowed from Hatch Valley. This year I gave growing a shot here in Magnolia Texas from the Hatch seeds I purchased. Picture is from 1st harvest in July and I am waiting a few more weeks to reap a second harvest.
