Besides having fresh, delicious green chile and super fast shipping, The Hatch Chile Store has amazing customer service. I usually order 25 pounds for the freezer. I feel so lucky to be able to have this stuff year-round... and to experience the smell of roasting chile all the way across the country. It never fails to bring back sweet memories of living in the 505!
