Thank you again to the Hatch Chile Store for providing 100 lbs of amazing Big Jim chiles for our annual chile roast! This year's batch was the best we have ever seen. The delivery was overnight and on time, which meant the chiles were in the best possible shape. The customer service was super: allowed us to designated exactly when we wanted the chiles to arrive (and they did!), notified us within a 2-hour window of when they would be delivered, and followed up with an email to check that all turned out well.
