I live in Oregon but I grew up in Albuquerque and went to school in Las Cruces at NMSU. In the past I used to travel back to NM and bring a cooler of frozen green chili back. I ordered 25 pounds of Sandia from Hatch Chile Store on Tuesday, it shipped Wednesday, and arrived Thursday. Not a single red pepper in the box! The chili was in great shape with thick, meaty peppers. The rellenos were delicious! No need to travel back to NM for great green chili.
