I grew up in New Mexico and now I live over 1k miles away. The chilies here don’t come close! Knowing that I can get quality true hatch peppers is amazing. I ordered the chilies and tamales. Very pleased. They were thawed when they got to me but like I said over 1k miles and we had a HOT few months so that may be the culprit behind them thawing.
