Well these are the real ones…the extra hot are actually good and hot (I’ve been duped many times) with excellent flavor. I ordered 25# of fresh a couple weeks ago, roasted over a wood fire, peeled etc. We’ve all been getting after them so readily that I realized I’d be out by October at the rate we were going so I ordered 50 more to be sure. They’re incredibly fresh, fresher than the burlap sacks I used to buy at Albertsons when I lived out there…not sure how they do it- I live in Connecticut- but they do. I couldn’t happier. Thank you! Tip- consider taking the extra time to get fresh and roast them yourself…it’s worth it!!
