I absolutely love having this option for purchasing already processed Hatch Chile! I don’t like putting the work in to process freshly roasted Chile. It’s packaged nicely. Its arrives in a semi frozen state, so I just put it in the freezer and it’s all good! I live in Texas, the heat is awful and the courier service delivered it very late in the day.
