We love the chili rellenos but have a problem with packaging/labeling. The shipping box does not show that refrigeration is necessary, so packages are not refrigerated on arrival. Our rellenos (and roasted chilies in a previous order) arrived partially thawed. All the dry ice was gone. Can you have the box labeled to show it should be refrigerated? Also I never received notice of shipping.
