OK, I have used Hatch Chile Stored for a long number of years now. The product is always great and the logistics which are very specific on my end (we have a party with about 200 guests) every year. They always find a way to get it done. More importantly, the product is outstanding. We order 300 lbs in different heat levels. The chiles are always fresher than you can find them in Texas. This year we literally had maybe 15 dead chiles out of 300 lbs. That is almost an impossibility. Living in Texas, everyone is happy with what Central Market, HEB and others bring in early in August. Hatch Chile Store blows them out of the market in terms of quality, heat and flavor. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.
