I ordered the Big Jim variety. The order sent was mild. I was so looking forward to making the dishes I'm accustomed to with that level of hotness. Honestly i dont know if or how to refer someone. I would feel horrible if they were not satisfied with the money they spent. It would be good business to at least refund or send me some hot green chilies to assure my future business.
