Could not be more disappointed with customer service. Recently had two order delayed. Purchased the “guaranteed freshness” option on both. Was told fresh chilies with spoilage (delivered 10/1 after delivery date was supposed to be 9/26) was “good enough” and offered 20% off my next order with no way to redeem the offer. Frozen chili a complete loss, but they argued only was in transit for 1 day (shipped 9/24 arrived 10/1). Obviously looking for a new vendor as should you. Also could not load photos of damage to review. As an update they (mostly) made it right. Staff looked at wrong tracking number and have since resent frozen chile. Still disappointed in the “guaranteed fresh” part of fresh green chile. Will self insure from now on as the option did me no good for fresh chiles.
