The crew at the Hatch Chile Store rocks! I live in Wisconsin and was recently asked to enter the green Chile I brag about in a local chili cook off. My dilemma is that I can’t just run to the corner chile stand to pick up a bushel of freshly roasted Hatch chiles. I found these guys on the web and sent an inquiry expecting to wait days for a response. To my surprise, I had an answer in my inbox the next morning, placed an order and less than a week later I have chiles simmering on the stove. My shipment arrived this morning as promised, still frozen solid. I ordered chopped chiles and they are cleaned better than when I did it myself and the flavor and aroma are amazing! I will be a repeat customer and can’t wait to try some of their chile rellenos.
