I have ordered fresh and frozen Chiles from you for several years. Recently, I ordered a bottle of green and a bottle of red chile powder from you. The chile powders are quite good, but your shipping fees are ridiculous.
In particular, the “ShipAid Delivery Guarantee” of $3.49 on top of the $11.00 regular shipping charge is a so sad. Billing me nearly $15.00 to send me $26 of chile powders will make me think long and hard before I order products from The Hatch Chile Store again.
