I ordered a 10 lb. box. Years ago, a coworker who had lived in El Paso, invited me to come and see hiw the processed the peppers. I don't know if she ordered from this company, but I found them online. The ordering process was easy and all the information is on the website that you need to know, including recipes. I have yet to find something I do not like. When my box arrived, it was a little overwhelming. There just seemed to be lots of peppers. After rinsing, grilling, and steaming, the outer skin pealed right off. I bagged basically 2 peppers per bag and froze. It is now the middle of January and I am running out already.
