Actually, I haven't opened any of the jars yet as waiting until family are here for Easter. I know they will be absolutely delicious and addictive as I have always purchased Hatch items when I can find them in local stores. My only concern is how hard it was to find the expiration date on the jars. When shopping in person, I look for that before putting an item in my cart. Thanks for making these items accessible to me. I spent decades in Southern Colorado and many trips to New Mexico.
