I finally pulled the trigger and ordered; I am so happy I did and niw wish I had sooner.
The frozen Hatch chilies are perfect for my dishes (I order med mild) and they pack the perfect amount of flavor... I think I will give hot a try next time....
I also ordered tamales; the flavor is wonderful, and perfect amount of masa.
Even though I make my own pork chili I tried Hatch Chile Store to both compare and to have a few ready meals available..... yum!!
