They are the best. I ordered on the chilies on Sat. Aug. 26 but it took two weeks for them to come. I thought they would have been picked on the 29th and shipped for me to receive them on the Aug.1. I did not receive them until the 8th which was a hassle to get 50 lbs roasted in one night because I had plans on leaving town on the 9th. That was my reason to order a week earlier. My UPS does not deliver til 5-5:30 p.m. I think if Hatch is not going to send out the week you ordered for whatever reason I should have been sent an email explaining why they would be postponed a week.
