When I placed my order, I received an email acknowledging your receipt of my order but not a targeted shipping date.
It took me longer than a week to realize that I hadn't actually received a shipping notice on the peppers, which concerned me.
When I called to ask about my peppers, I was told that you were three weeks behind due to harvest conditions.
This didn't bother me in the least; this is certainly understandable. What DID bother me was that, upon your receipt of my order you didn't TELL ME that my peppers would arrive three weeks later than I expected.
In addition, the person who picked up my call, was defensive about this oversight, which was very uncomfortable, not encouraging, and certainly not friendly. She did say that she would inform the owners about this, which she apparently did, because my peppers were shipped the next day.
I am happy about my peppers; they are good and they arrived in good condition. I don't know that I would order again due to the overall experience however.
