I ordered 5 lb medium hot. I weighed it after opening it, it was 4.69. There was a large rotten Chile . There were a lot of Chiles red and turning red. I just ate some and they are very hot, not medium hot.. also many were twisted and coiled which made them hard to roast and peel.
