My gift order. It FINALLY arrived in good condition. My questions to you about the order and tracking number was not answered. A backup in Reno at your distribution facility was acceptable but I did not finally get shipping information until the day it was shipped. That was several days after the order was placed. Reno being showed in accounted for some of the delay but it still took a couple days before the order was actually shipped with no answer to my questions about it after the Reno explanation.
Acceptable only because it finally arrived in good condition with the recipient being pleased. We love Hatch, love Sparkies, love green chile and love showing off our State hence we will most likely use you in the future. Please be more responsive to your customer concerns.
