I just received 10 lbs. of Charger peppers yesterday. I fire roasted them on my grill, vacuum sealed them, and froze them right away (I tasted them of course - wonderful flavor with a nice heat kick). I made a chimichurri tonight to go with a Wagyu tri-tip, absolutely wonderful.
