Thanks! My first time ordering, but it won't be my last. Chile's arrived fresh & beautiful. I roasted half of them on my grill & then processed and froze them. I had to go out of town for an couple of days prior to roasting the rest, but I stored them in the drawer of my fridge & roasted and processed them when ingot back. They were in just as great shape & freshness as when they arrived from being picked. I only wish shipping was not so expensive for the larger boxes.
