I am a New Mexico native, but have lived in Indiana now for years. I’ve had a local restaurant that uses Hatch and every year at harvest time they would buy enough to offer it for sale (fresh or roasted). So I was ok. Due to the pandemic, they were unable so this is my first time ordering from your store. I was a bit concerned ordering fresh and having it arrive in Indiana in good shape. We ordered 10 pounds and we didn’t have a single bad pepper. They are roasted and frozen. Very pleased with the quality. We also had a slight delay due to an unexpected weather pattern that dumped snow in Colorado and cold temps and heavy rain in New Mexico. However we got a very kind email complete with a picture of the flooded field. The pepper were sent out the following week. We will definitely be repeat buyers.
