I ordered 3 door mats and one runner. I was advised the runner was no longer available. I accepted this and asked to be reimbursed. No reply was forthcoming. I then received an email saying only 2 mats would be delivered. I emailed to ask why only 2 mats and again asked if i would be reimbursed for both the runner and the third mat which was not delivered. I have receiced no responses or advised of my account being reimbursed.
