“After looking on the website for some time trying to find matching rugs of the right size to replace my existing hall rugs, I found them. From that point the project was simpole and straightforward. My order was acknowledged and dealt immediately. I was a little concerned about delivery, in view of the weather, but that too proved to be no problem. Delighted with rugs and simplicity of obtaining them”

“The Rug is great and good value I thought. The delivery was a bit of a pain. I bought it before Christmas and it said 1 to 2 working days which I thought was optimistic but it turned out at least 10 working days and a coupler of emails from me, I can't be bothered counting them. Also the guy from DX ( delivery exactly, bit of a joke!) dumped the carpet without waiting for me to answer the bell ! .So I would buy again but you could improve what you say about delivery on your site and the actual delivery itself.”
