They sent me a totally different colour to the one which I ordered.
Then I had to pay to return the rugs to them, had it have been my fault for ordering the wrong colour I would obviously paid for the return quite happily .
They made the mistake, I still had to pay for them to be returned.
They were most unhelpful and disinterested, as far as they were concerned it was either keep the rugs we sent to you even though they are not what you ordered or pay a very hefty fee to send them back and thus get a refund of the rugs value only NO POSTAGE REFUNDED.
