Iordered a rug at about 9.30am Friday 18th November, cost £159.99 incl `free' delivery.
About five minutes later I saw exactly the same rug (same size) on Amazon for £144 so rang Rugseller to cancel my order. I saw an email to confirm the Rugseller delivery was booked (for Tuesday), but assumed it wouldn't happen as I had cancelled. In fact, the rug did arrive, Monday am! Since then I have been trying to get The Rugseller sales office to agree that I telephoned to cancel and to arrange return, but they say no proof of calling, no Sales lady remembers me ringing, so the return is for me to arrange and pay for!! I also forwarded the Amazon e mail to confirm I had bought the other (cheaper) rug! Why would I order and take delivery of two rugs?
