AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs!!! The customer service of this company is so poor! I returned the rug I purchased as it wasn’t the same as a previous order I had placed. I had to pay for the return which then took them another for days to mark as received after I had proof of delivery. You cannot get hold of the company by telephone to speak to anyone as the mail box is constantly full (Probably of complaints) I was advised by email I would receive my refund but this could take 7-10 working days however we are now still not received my refund. They are no longer answering my emails & still cannot get through on the phone. I have never dealt with a company whose customer service is as bad. I have now had to contact my card company to request a charge back. Although 7-10 is possible for a card refund most people receive theirs within 3-5 days. my advice would be DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are quick to take your money but if anything is wrong they don’t want to give you it back. They took my money on the 19th January, waited for delivery, returned within 2 days & now we are on the 26th February & still not received my refund!!!
