I ordered a rug from the rug seller however when it arrived on the friday the colour did not go with our room. I therefore contacted the sales team to proceed to return it. They got back to me 2 days later on the Monday at which time we had gone on holiday. I was told that the rug had to be returned to them by courier within 7 days (not working days !!) of receiving it. As I was on holiday there was no way I could do this and no flexibility for these circumstances was given. By the time the sales team got back to me with this information I had 2 days to return it or get no refund. Even when I arranged a friend to return it the cost was more than what I paid for the rug. The returns policy is very inflexible and the sales team very unhelpful I will not buy from them again or recommend them.
