As late converts to ski-ing, Julian and I have had lessons in previous years with ESF, but thought we'd try another option this year - that's how we discovered Snow School, and how glad we are that we did! We had lessons on five consecutive mornings and the turning point for me personally was when I realised that I was actually really looking forward to the next day's lesson! Paul's sense of humour and his ability to get the message across in a simple, meaningful way make learning fun - even for someone who didn't put on a pair of skis until the ripe old age of 50! He knows just how far to push you, building confidence but not stretching you too far. I really hope we're back in the resort next year to learn even more from him - and enjoy another coffee/pain au chocolat as a well-earned reward! Elaine and Julian
