We had a fantastic week being taught by Nicoletta and Dani and improved hugely over the five days thanks to all their great tips and the many different exercises they had up their sleeves! One-legged skiing was a particular highlight as was the balloon exercise! We will definitely be returning for more lessons soon. Thanks again Dani and Nicoletta - you worked wonders with us!
