I was very pleased with the experience. I live in the United States and before I ordered I had some concerns; how long would it take for delivery, how much would the freight be , how easily could I communicate with the Tool Post . I sent an email and it was returned the next day (with the time difference it was probably answered the same day) answering all of my questions. The freight was not excessive, in fact it was very reasonable,and the order arrived in three days. I can wait on average five days for items shipped from the United States and if I want expedited delivery the cost would come close or exceed what I paid for this order. I will not hesitate to order from the Tool Post again.
