Hi When I saw your turning jacket in Woodturning magazine I thought it was the best one I had seen, so I decided to buy one. I had a bit of a battle with your web site, the process was cut off before I could enter my payment details. I decided to wait a day before following the purchase up. To my surprise I received an email from you the next day about my order. I phoned the missing information through the same day. It is now 5 days since I placed the order, and I received my turning jacket today, in Brisbane, Australia. I am truly amazed ... what brilliant service!!!
