I orderd a part on line, went through the payment process and clicked the pay now button. Nothing happened, so I assumed the transaction had gone throigh.
Next day I received a polite E/M explaining a problem with payment and asking for a card number, Supplied the number and next day the package arrived as requested. This I consider was good service. Ted Putwain.
