I'd took more than a3hour round trip to visit this shop, I'd been House bound for many weeks due to illness... I was very excited to make purchase for my new venture...wood/pen.turningetc. after a bit of browsing I'd put aside several Hundred £££worth of goods.asking for 1 more item, a turning smock..the man went off on one,a hell of a rant!!!like I was asking for a gift!!!..whining about his ageing 2years old car!!(My Van was 17 years old at the time...)...on checking my goods against the receipt at home, he'd charged me £3for a magazine he said was a freebie!,After emailing he said if I buy a lathe he'll Knock £3off!!!.. I'd noticed in the shop too that a man in his 70s,walking his dad (in his 90s)around the shop..that Peter was rude about their simple enquiry..They walked out quite upset!!.. I'm glad they're shut down, the owner was a chuffin arsenal hole. Worst customer service in all my horn days.. Very obnoxious man that owner....
