Their website is comprehensive and provides helpful advice. It is a little idiosyncratic in terms of layout but not difficult to find things when you are used to it. On line ordering works well. They have very helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff when you telephone. My order was processed the same day and received by courier the following day. Two items were out of stock. I was advised of this by email. The bulk of the order was despatched immediately and the other items are to follow when available. The experience could not have been better and I shall certainly be ordering other items from the Toolpost in the future in preference to other suppliers, who do not match their exceptional level of customer service
