It is wonderful having a company like Toolpost to get things like the Hamlet Big Brother cutter head. Cheaper than other companies, especially Ax*****er, the cutter I ordered arrived the next day. Brilliant! I had to ring up to ask about the new type of screw it needed, because I had not realised it now needed a countersunk setscrew, but the gentleman there said he would send me one at no further charge. This duly arrived the next day as well. Top quality goods and excellent service.
