Customer Service was excellent, range of products for sale was excellent, products were competitively priced in my opinion. However I am only leaving an overall rating of good and not very good as I had some trouble in navigating the website to find what I wanted. I think the website could do with a facelift, possibly a new colour scheme, something to make it easier to navigate the site and make it look more contemporary. It would help to arrange similar products together, as an example when I browse your wood turning tools and if I go straight to bowl gouges, I only see tools from Taylor and Sorby brands, Crown are in a section of their own and so are Hamlet. The latter two tend to be my preferred brands and If for example I was unfamiliar with your site and was only having a quick browse and not willing to look in every section to find what I wanted I would probably presume they were not sold by you and would move on to another retailer. Rant aside, I still think the Toolpost is well up there with the best of tool shops!
