I placed my order late at night on the net, but early morning I received a reply thanking me for my order and that it was now being shipped, what great service, just how it should be. The only problem that I had was that 1 of the products that I ordered had leaked it's content and into the packaging and over the other product which was very messy to clean up, but it was done and no harm was done to the rest of the order. When I informed Tool post regarding this problem they had no hesitation in sending out a new replacement.
