Excellent Company! I ordered a new set of jaws for my Woodturning Chuck, which were delivered next day in the exact hour stated by DPD. However, a small problem occurred with one measurement, meaning the jaws didn't quite fit my chuck. In order to resolve this difficulty the boss of the company sorted through every one of all the compatible sets he could find (overnight!) with no result; and next day offered to reimburse me the money I had spent, which I have now received.........Fantastic service!
