I have never been disappointed at the response from The ToolPost. I have purchased bits and pieces over a ten year period and have always felt that I've not just got what I wanted but excellent customer attention and service as well. Latest example was my quandary over which backing plate to purchase for a chuck running on an old Graduate lathe. An e-mail to Peter got a swift response, telling me exactly what to place in the on-line shopping cart. I placed the order on Sunday evening and the part arrived mid morning on Wednesday in NW corner of Europe - County Donegal, Ireland! Now I can use two chucks and reduce 'fiddle time' involved in changing back-plates and jaws. So - more time to turn! Thanks - John G
