The tool was out of stock when ordered. I had a call from the seller informing us of the situation. We were quite happy to wait, but to our surprise, did not have to wait very long, a few days later, we received an email from the seller informing us that the tool had arrived and would be posted out. Thank you for keeping us updated on this order and delivering excellent service.
