Excellent I called for some advice and even though they were bone questions they were answered. I also wasn't pushed in the direction of the most expensive set, in fact I was asked if I had a pen knife as that was the most basic tool I'd require. All in all i got a real sense that this shop is run for the love of woodwork, not a massive profit margin.
