Your customer service is an utter disgrace.
I placed an order with you on the 7th of November, some 5-6 weeks ago for the value of £531.
One of those items, the Symons Nordmann Fir Christmas Tree - 7.5ft, Natural, One Size, never arrived and every time I rang to chase status nobody knew where it was or if it had been dispatched.
I have since rang multiple times per week for the past 3 - 4 weeks requesting a refund, each time to be told I will be kept up to date, receive a call back and a refund request has been sent as high priority. Have I heard a thing? NO Have I received a refund? NO
Not only do you not know your arse from your elbow in being able to track your customers orders or even know where the stock is, It is Christmas and you are holding onto £495 of my money and I want it back.
Sort yourselves and your customer service out.
