This is the second time I have needed customer services at The White Company (the rest they even gave me a £10 gift voucher for such poor service) and YET again they are sadly lacking.
I sent back a pair of trousers that they received back tracked by Hermes on 6th October. I have sent them the proof on 2 occasions. They accept all of this. I have rung for the second time as no refund forthcoming. What is wrong with this company?
Their products are not cheap. Their after service is just awful.
