I purchased a jacket online in your Grand Central Station branch 6/2. Despite being told there would be a returns label in parcel, no such label
was enclosed. Item returned 13/2. You acknowledged receipt of parcel. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed, having dealt with 3 telephone assistants, Katie, Jordan, Ethan, Now told it should be in my bank by 3/3, if not to ring again.
Not good enough. Why should I have go fight tooth and nail for a refund. Not experienced this kind of service with any other company when shopping online. Pity. You have lost 3 customers!
