We ordered a bed and realised the next day it was going to the wrong address. We immediately called The White Company and they told us to wait until we had the shipping information to cancel it.
Once we received this, we called them back and were told we should have phoned immediately after we realised the order was wrong!
We then stopped the order with the shipping company as advised, and the shipping company told us to speak to The White Company about cancelling it. So we called back to ask them to do so and they told us AGAIN that they can't. Have asked to speak to a manager several times and they always say no one is available.
This has caused us so much stress as we are trying to move home and have paid close to £1000 for this bed. We've had to order another bed to the correct location (obviously not from The White Company, I can NEVER shop there again) and we are still not sure if we will ever get this money back.
Absolute nightmare, would only shop in person and god help you if you have to use their customer service. They need the system sorting ASAP
