Annoyingly, on the scheduled delivery day, we received an email telling us the delivery would be the following day. I checked with WB and was told it was a mistake and the fish did arrive on the right day. The fish was fresh, good quality and nicely packed in individual sealed wrapping. Disappointingly, 2 large skate wings made up much too large a part of the catch. I'll be choosing my own selection in future.
